The app helps to solve anxiety crisis, it monitors anxiety signs, alerts you before a crisis approaches and help in five easy steps to reduce anxiety. Schedule therapy or medical appointments. Medication reminders and stock control. It also has a panic mode which can call 911 or a custom number.

  • Uses biometric real time data (from smart watch) and historical to determine your anxiety level 24/7.
  • Alerts the user before a crisis and launch a 5,4,3,2,1 mindfulness exercise to reduce anxiety.
  • A calendar sync reminds your medical appointments and medication dosage, time and stock.
  • Functions include a report that can be downloaded in .csv or .xls format.
